Look in your browser’s web console if you have any JavaScript errors.
Right button click on your mouse, select Inspect then console in the menu.
Try to do Theme/Plugin conflict test.

You have this JavaScript error: ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
Most likely you will see this error appear if you are using an extension such as Adblock or a browser safety plugin.

You have a lot of error text of a theme builder.
You can only change the profile photo from the account page with the UM free extension “Enable Profile Photo in Register form”

Because I’ve already read this article. But it just doesn’t work. Once connected, if I click on the photo, nothing happens and the page reloads…

Your video is from your User Account page.
Clicking on the Photo will only reload the Account Page.
You must have the UM free extension “Enable Profile Photo in Register form” for uploading a Profile Photo from the Account or Registration page.
With the basic installation of UM you upload your Profile Photo from the User Profile page by clicking on the Photo.
How have you set your UM pages at UM Settings -> General -> Pages ?

You gave me a clue, I deleted the user page and started from scratch for the User page and it now works. I had placed the shortcode in a builder… Bad idea.
